What unlocks
Creator: publishing, Boosts, analytics, retrieve / get paid, 8 distro + 8 publishing a month. Pro: unlimited + catalog migration.
The clear signals
- You finished song two. Basic only holds one release for life. The next upload needs Creator or Pro.
- Royalties are showing and you want them. Basic can display totals. Only Creator and Pro can withdraw.
- You want the song registered for publishing. Mechanical and performance money sits on a different ledger. Publishing is Creator and Pro only.
- You want a Chart Push, Streaming Push, Social Push, or Video Collect. Boosts unlock on Creator and Pro. They are not for sale on the public site.
- You have an existing catalog to move. Catalog migration is Pro.
- You are releasing more than eight tracks a month. Creator caps at eight distribution uploads and eight publishing registrations. Pro removes the caps.
Basic is the front door. Creator is the first paid floor. Pro is the unlimited floor.
PLAIGROUND takes none of the royalties on any plan. Membership is the fee. Stores still take their usual cut. We do not add another one.
